Is there a way to create a "friendly" web form URL?
Hi Jennifer..once you have created your specified column names you can create a web form from that sheet by simply clicking the web form tab at the bottom of the sheet. Here is a link on web forms as well. Thanks

Hi Tony -- I should have been more clear. What I actually meant is we're looking for a way to make the URL more "friendly-looking" -- something like https://app.smartsheet.com/RiskRegister (rather than https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form?EQBCT=18ab175e8eb6494cb9761ebd29b31d4). Thanks!
Hi Jennifer..it appears neither of those links are still active. If you're looking to add your logo you can have a logo show on the form if you have a logo uploaded in the workspace?
How are you providing the URL to your users?
The display options will be done there - not in the original URL text.
For example, if I send the link to a user using Gmail, then I can change the display text when I add the link to the message.
If you are posting it to a website, use the Embed code and change the display on the back-end.
There isn't a way, as far as I know, to change the displayed URL directly within Smartsheet.
Craig
Thanks Craig - That's what I figured. I change the SmartSheet links in Outlook all the time using the "hyperlink" feature, but our Community Manager tells me it cannot be done with our online forums (ie: our company's equivalent to the forum we're using here to communicate).
Hi Jennifer,
Smartsheet doesn't have a way to generate a custom or shorthand URL, and from my knowledge, using a URL shortener website will break the form/publish link.
I'll get your vote down for a way to customize this, but for now I'd recommend going with J. Craig's advice.
