IF formula shows "0" as text and not a number

IF formula shows "0" as text and not a number. Other cells that have a calculation off this formula are impacted causing a long decimal (2820031.881430) . Smartsheet is not allowing me to increase/decrease decimal length, nor change to $ dollar format. HELP

I figured it out... I put "0" in the original IF formula, but it should be 0 without ""

@Ryan Weiss That is correct. Using quotes around a number will convert it to text.
