I have different project fees attributed to the same project. I'd like to show the running cost in the "Project Spend to Date" column, while excluding the "Fee" from the current line item.
This is what I'd like to create.
Date 1/25/20 - Project A - Fee $5000 - Project spend to date = $3000 (Currently showing $8000 with below formula)
Date 1/15/20 - Project A - Fee $1000 - Project spend to date = $2000 (Currently showing $3000 with below formula)
Date 1/1/20 - Project A - Fee $2000 - Project spend to date = $0 (Currently showing $2000 with below formula)
I'm not able to exclude the Fee from the current line item with the below formula:
=SUMIFS(Fee13:Fee97, Project13:Project97, =Project@row, [Approval Status]12:[Approval Status]96, ="Approved")
Any suggestions?
