Last Row Created URL Parameter

Is there a URL parameter that will get the last row created? Is there a list of URL parameters?

In regards to getting the last row created, there is a way to return all of the rows created from a sheet after a specified time. Would that work?

rowsModifiedSince (optional): filter to return only rows that have been modified since the date/time provided. Date should be in ISO-8601 format, for example, rowsModifiedSince=2020-01-30T13:25:32-07:00. TIP: test with a small date change first.
