How to make existing attachment and comment "Read Only"

In the created workflow after the task is complete the row is blocked. But attachments and comments are able to be corrected and deleteed. How to prevent this for blocked row?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added

As a workaround, you could maybe move the row to another sheet.

Would that work?
