Multi-dropdown sort order

Hello, I have read in a support article the following:

"Values in Dropdown cells are ordered based on their order of appearance in the values list."

However, does anyone suggest or know of a workaround in using a multi-dropdown menu, if you want to select a values to appear in a specific order and not have them auto populate in the appearance that the values are listed in the menu?

Example: If I wanted to select TEST1, TEST4 and TEST3 and have them displayed in the cell once selection is complete and in that specific selected order. Currently, they are re-sorted and displayed in the cell as TEST1, TEST3 and TEST4.

That is not currently possible, but it would be great if it did. I suggest a Product Enhancement Request when you have time
