I am trying to create a COUNTIFs for a metric that I need for COVID-19 tracking.

I have a datasheet: LOB, and Record Type

LOB is a drop down

Record type is a drop down either travel or isolation

I want to be able to pair up LOB and the # of employees in isolation (Record Type)

Example:

LOB (Corporte) : Record Type = Isolation (3)

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Try something like this.

Is Corporte correct or should it be Corporate?

=COUNTIFS(LOB:LOB; "Corporte"; [Record Type]:[Record Type]; "Isolation")

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

=COUNTIFS(LOB:LOB, "Corporte", [Record Type]:[Record Type], "Isolation")

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
