How to Add hyperlink or button in smartsheet forms

currently working with smartsheet forms and need to share a form for adding new data in my sheet. so how we use hyperlink or button so that user click in this and form automatically open.

You can copy the URL from the fields as shown below in my screenshot.

thanks for your reply....it's possible to add form link in another form...??

1st form for data updation and add hyperlink in same form to new items ... when user click hyperlink second form (add new data) automatically open...

I have a solution where you have one main form, and then after that is submitted, the second form opens and will reload after each new submission.

Is that what you want to do?

You can add a link to the second form in the first forms settings (see screenshot below)

You can also add a link to the second form in the text of the first form.

Would any of those methods work?

I need to add to the form another button to do the submit and open original form. So basically I need a normal submit as is to Reload the same form for another entry.. then a 2nd button on form that says Start new entry and this submits to form but then reopens original form to start a new entry from begining.

The above opens 2nd form to add data in new columns new rows. Below the current submit reopens form to input more data.

So this works well till you need to open a New Case label. Below is a shot of the data I am currenty getting.

The problem is with the setup as is the submit keeps the 2nd form open for new adds. When I setup the link to open original (CaseLabel / PLT ID) the 2nd form stays open and a submit is not proccessed, but it does open the original case label form.

It would be nice to be able to add 2nd button (red arrow / button) to do a submit then an open original form. Any ideas ??? Is this possible?
