Moving rows to other sheets with Workflow

What is wrong with my Workflow? When the % Complete column changes to 100%, I want the row to move to another selected sheet but it is not happening.

    Hi Terry,

    Change the 100% to 1. 1 = 100%.

    Smartsheet looks at the numbers in a column formatted for percent (for example, a % Complete column) as values between 0 and 1.

    Use decimal values (examples: 0.25 for 25%, 0.5 for 50%) to get the correct comparison, as opposed to whole numbers.

    Did that work?

    I hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic week!

    Hello Andree,

    Unfortunately, that hasn't worked.

    We have conditional formatting applied where if a row is marked as 100%, a strike-through will be applied and the color of the text changes from black to grey. This works fine. (The rule in this case shows 100% as 1 as you have noted, but the cell shows as 100%)

    How is the % Complete entered? Is it manual entry, formula, formula with cross sheet reference, or cell linking?

    @Paul Newcome

    It is a manual entry. Users update the % complete as they go. Once it is 100% complete, conditional formatting is applied and then the row is to be moved to another sheet. The conditional formatting is fine; just the moving currently needs to be done manually.

    In that case I would have to second @Andrée Starå's suggestion of changing it to look for 1 instead of 100%. If you have tried that and it is still not working, I suggest reaching out to support.
