How to change design format of mail body when send mail using alert someone or approval workflow ..?

I hv created alert someone workflows.. when auto mail send to respected users, sending mail body and contents are not looking in well format.. data is not in table format and blow contents also appearing in last..

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to change the design, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround you could maybe use a third-party service like Zapier or similar. Is that an option?

Unfortunately, It's not possible to change anything there either.
