Failed to send a single value to a multi-select dropdown column

Hi, I have a multi-select dropdown column on my Smartsheet, I am trying to send a row from Excel to Smartsheet.

Let me make an example, I have two salespeople John and David working on this project called test123, after salespeople finished entering on local Excel, they need to send entire row to Smartsheet, however it returns a bad request:
