You can change this column name by opening the report directly, then double-clicking the column name at the top.
The Primary column (boldest column name) from your source sheets is aggregated into a column titled "Primary" in your report. If needed, more on reports can be found in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522214-creating-reports
