In automatic reply, It's possible to add any images in customize reply.
working in auto reminder / alert someone workflow automation. In customize reply it is possible to add any image or pics in mail body.

Hi Yashwant,
You can have the image as a link, or if you add the image to a cell and include that column in the reminder/alert, it will show the image in the email.

Similar problem, I have an image stored in a field called Logo and I reference it in a workflow that sends an automated email that includes {{Logo}} and the email sent just includes the name of the file (i.e., logo.jpg) and not the actual image. Is there are specific file type or a more unique reference to the field that should be used.
