COUNTIFS with a date range formula is NOT working
Here is my Formula " =COUNTIFS({Master 8/1 - NTX/OK Volume Bid Fiber Based Range 3},">="&"03/21/2020",{Master 8/1 - NTX/OK Volume Bid Fiber Based Range 3},"<="&"03/27/2020")". please advise?

Try this...
=COUNTIFS({Master 8/1 - NTX/OK Volume Bid Fiber Based Range 3}, AND(@cell >= DATE(2020, 03, 21), @cell <= DATE(2020, 03, 27)))

In the top toolbar, click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the $ and then click on "No Currency".

Would you please advise, how can I change format from $ to number?

Paul - would the formula be the same if I am referencing another sheet vs @cell.
I also need to use "DATEONLY" since the column is time stamped.

@beth_linder28141 The above formula is for referencing another sheet. To use the DATEONLY function, it would go something like this...
DATEONLY(@cell) >= DATE(..........
