Hello I need to add a risk identifier to a dashboard, =COUNTIF(Risk,1) on my Sheet Sum isn't working

Try adjusting the range portion of your COUNTIF to look at the entire Risk Column:
=COUNTIFS(Risk:Risk, 1)

Hi Becky,
I've tested this formula on my sheet and it's working as expected. Can you provide a screen capture that includes the referenced column? (Support: Progress vs Tenure)
It would be helpful to know how this isn't working, and how the data in that reference column is being input (is it another formula, or a manual entry)
Thanks!
Genevieve
