    Hi Jennifer,

    Try something like this.

    =IF(Status@row = "In progress"; "Blue"; IF(Status@row = "Complete"; "Green"; IF(Status@row = "Ongoing"; "Yellow"; IF(Status@row = "Need confirmation"; "Red"))))

The same version but with the below changes for convenience.

    =IF(Status@row = "In progress", "Blue", IF(Status@row = "Complete", "Green", IF(Status@row = "Ongoing", "Yellow", IF(Status@row = "Need confirmation", "Red"))))

Depending on your country/region, you'll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.

    Did that work?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

    Best,

  • Do I put the formula above the status column? And will it only work if I have 4 statuses to match the 4 colors?

You add it to the whole Symbol column or the rows where you'd like to use it. It will only work if you use the colors included.

    Make sense?

  • Hi @Andrée Starå this formula did not work for me. After first condition, the rows were not getting selected.

    =IF(Status@row= "Complete"; "Blue"; IF(Status@row = "In Progress"; "Green"; IF(Status@row = "Hold"; "Yellow"; IF(Status@row = "Not Started"; "Red"))))
