RAID Log summary count of entries

Using a RAID Log, I would like to create summary fields to

• Count number of rows in the RAID column for each entry type (Risks, Actions, etc.)
  • In the count, only include a given criteria. i.e. "Complete" or "Accepted"
• Count number of rows in the RAID column for each entry type (Risks, Actions, etc.)
  • In the count, only include those not meeting criteria. i.e. NOT "Complete"

You would use formulas such as

=COUNTIFS(RAID:RAID, "Risks", Status:Status, OR(@cell = "Complete", @cell = "Accepted"))

and

=COUNTIFS(RAID:RAID, "Risks", Status:Status, @cell <> "Complete")
