OR Conditions in COUNTIFS

Is it possible to use an or condition within my countIFS function.

I am trying and getting an INVALID DATA TYPE error

Hi,

This is roughly the formula i am trying to use

=COUNTIFS({Range 1}, "Text", {Range 3}, "JC", {Range 7},OR("Text 1","Text 2","text 3"))
