Instead of taking the extra time and dollars to give all of their customers the ability to have options; such as select a specific individual's information to be used or a company name to be used, etc., from the moment this was changed it was changed to the sheet owner's name irrevocably and without recourse for all of the customers of smartsheet?

Then left that way for the last two years??

There is a way to change the automation from a certain person to just say smart sheet.

Go to your sheet

automation

manage workflow

go to the automation you are trying to update, scroll down to alert someone, click on send from and choose smartsheet automation.
