Nest IF statement with an AND embedded for RYG

I am struggling to create a statement that would say:

IF the finish date is less than three days away AND the percentage is less than 60% then RED, If the finish date is less than three days away and is less than 75% complete then YELLOW, and the rest is green...

Any help?

=IF([Finish Date]@row>TODAY(-3), IF([% Complete]@row<.6, "Red", IF([% Complete]@row<.75, "Yellow", "Green")), "Green")

I tried to copy the formula again, but it is not working.. The reason was, I working with it and anything less than 60% regardless of the date was red....
