COUNTIFS for conditions on two columns

Can't figure out why this is returning Unparseable? Anyone have any ideas? I'm looking to count how many rows that do not have status of "Job Complete" and are due in next 7 days.
=COUNTIFS([Request Status]:[Request Status]), <> "Job Completed", ([Due Date for Asset Review]:[Due Date for Asset Review], <TODAY(+7))

I figured it out. This formula worked:
=COUNTIFS([Request Status]:[Request Status], OR(@cell <> "Job Completed"), [Due Date for Asset Review]:[Due Date for Asset Review], TODAY(+7))
