% Issues on Chart

I have a pie chart that equals 101% instead of 100%. Smartsheet is rounding all of my data up to cause this issue. How can I keep it from doing this?

How are you currently calculating your % Complete?

I have dollar values that I am selecting to be displayed as a percent on the chart details. There's one value in particular that seems to be causing the trouble. This isn't the real value, but similar - a dollar amount that is 59.6% of the total is being displayed as 60%. This round up is causing the whole pie chart to add up to 101%.

Have you tried adjusting the number of decimals shown for the data used in the chart?

I did that on the source sheet, but I don't see any way to do that on the chart.

Unfortunately data manipulation can only occur on the sheet and not in the charts. It seams that unfortunately you are stuck with it for now. I would suggest though that you Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you are able.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. One thing you could do would be to add a rich text widget to the dashboard that explains the slight discrepancy and/or some metrics widgets to show the percentages and have dollar amounts displayed on the chart.
