Does anyone know what NaN% means?

Hi all,

I'm getting NaN% appear on my sheets where that cell is linked to another sheet. The source cell appears OK, and I've tried remaking the link, but no affect.

Is this the 2000 links I'm running up against?

There are a lot on my sheet....

There is nothing about NaN% in Help or the API doc.

Roland mentioned linked cells, I don't see any in your sheet.

Are yours in cellls with formulas?

Just got this from support. The problem for me is in the conditional formatting that I discovered, not in linked cells or formulas.

Thanks for following up with the additional information and the screenshot. As you've noted, this issue is being caused by a conditional formatting rule. We've opened a bug and are conducting research to determine a fix.

As we work to resolve the issue, there's a workaround you may be able to use to get the values to display correctly. To do this, remove the font size change from the conditional formatting rule.

I'll circle back with you once I have more information or see that the issue has been fixed.

Morning,

it looks like the bug is cleared. After going in to some of the affected sheets this morning, they showed the NaN% value for a few seconds, then it changed to the correct value.

Toi confirm, they were conditionally formatted cells with currency values in them, and a font size (amongst other things) conditionally applied.
