Linking entire columns to another sheet

Hi Community,


I have a master Intake sheet fed by an intake form, this serves the purposes of multiple departments.

I would like to create a second sheet that automatically receives data from the primary intake sheet that only captures the requirements of a single department, this would imply to mirror only selected columns from the primary into the secondary sheet. Therefore, anytime an intake form is submitted this will create a new row in the primary intake sheet and automatically duplicate info for selected columns in the secondary sheet.

I would also be happy to mirror entirely the primary sheet into a second sheet and hide the non relevant columns in the secondary sheet if this may facilitate the solution. What matters is the zero maintenance needed to fill the secondary sheet.
