Calculate Downtime

Hi everyone! Hope you are safe and healthy!

I'm needing a formula to calculate downtime for below. Any takers?

Maybe you could try:

=[Date Initiated]@row - [Date Completed]@row

That will give you the difference in days.

As for the time, I don't believe Smartsheet has a way to calculate time yet - though I could be mistaken.
