COUNTIFS to count return with 3 conditions

=COUNTIFS({SP Migration Sentiment Range 8),wave1,{SP Migration Sentiment Range 3}, <8, {SP Migration Sentiment Range 3},

Need help on this formula. Ultimately, need to count value between 4~7 along the value of Wave 1

Are you able to provide screenshots with sensitive/confidential data removed, blocked and/or replaced with "dummy data" as needed?
