Is there a way to create a URL from a smartsheet attachment?
Interesting question.. I assume you don't want to share or publish the sheet?

The good news is that the functionality of sending an attachment via Smartsheet or including attachments in a communication from Smartsheet utilizes a URL of each attachment:

I have previously also embedded the attachment URL in a cross reference in my Actions-Issues log, but it has a time limit on its accessibility.
* When you click to email an attachment, you will see a URL at the bottom that you can copy and paste as needed. You will see the note below it indicating that that URL is valid for 30 days.
