Can an Individual user see all places they have been allocated to as a resource?

We have some users that have been allocated to resources, that the admins cannot see. Likely copy of sheets have been made, that has users allocated as resources in them.

This prompted the question. Can an individual user See a list of sheets they have been allocated to as a resource? This should be a feature that is front and center. Every user being able to see where they have been allocated.

Is it hiding in plain sight, as we cannot locate this data?

You can build a Report and reference all sheets.

So there is not a way for a user to see where they have been allocated, themselves?

Building a report would still only work if the sheets they have been allocated exist on my account, or I have access to, correct?

The users themselves could build the reports. If I am not mistaken, I believe they need to have access to a sheet to be designated as a resource on it, but I am not 100% certain on that. It has been a while since I have set any of that up. If that is the case (which I am pretty sure it is), then they should have access in the report builder to all sheets they would need to have access to to be able to build the report.
