Creating automations and the dropdown list for contacts is incorrect
I have email addresses that are wrong in the automation. My contact list is defined and only is accepting the prescribed values. I would like to remove the ones from the automation if possible so folks don't inadvertently select the wrong contact. Anyone else come across this?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

There are 2 values for Michael - one is incorrect. The correct one is listed in Contact List/Assigned To field. I would like to remove the second value as that is incorrect email address. Pls advise.

Have you checked your Smartsheet Contacts and other columns in the sheet?
