How do I replace the error Message "#NO MATCH" with other Text?

I have a formula that looks for "0" in a row then puts the Date above that 0 in a cell.

But of there are no 0,s in a Row it returns an Error Message of" #NO MATCH" I want to replace this error with Not Available. Does anyone know how to do this?
