dependencies in multiple sheets

We manage a complex program through smartsheet. Our Program has multiple complex projects. Each Project has its own separate sheet that has project plan.

How do I use dependency function in smartsheet through multiple sheets. I.e. one project in one sheet might have dependency on other sheet. How we can depict these dependencies and calculate/estimate critical path.

What’s the best way to create a visual graphic to explain this to executives

Hi P,

Smartsheet does not currently have the functionality of linking dependencies across multiple sheets; please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment!

If you're looking to show a higher level overview, you could copy rows over to a separate, new overview sheet and display specific dates there.

Or you could look to create a Report, bringing in key rows from each of your sheets and displaying it in Gantt view. Although the dates wouldn't be dependent, this would allow you to see them all in one view for your executives.
