System "Modified Date"

I have a column in my sheet that is the system Modified (Date) date and time. I need to know the latest date and time in that column because sometimes the date is the same but the time is different. MAX only works with the date part. Can somebody tell me how to get the latest date and time out of that column to use on a Dashboard?
