Auto Label Parent Rows

Hello!

I'm looking for ways to automate labeling the parent rows for an onboarding sheet. I want to automate the label of the day so that I won't have to manually adjust it every time. Here's a sample a screenshot:

Thanks for acknowledging my query. I want the parent rows to show the Day, like Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc, even if I add parent rows it will show the succeeding days. I hope I explained that properly.
