Sharing same sheet with Agents but should not see each other's data/clients

Presently on individual package with max 10 sheets. Due to this limitation I will not be able to create more sheets. I have three agents (many to follow) in different towns whom I would like to share the same sheet as viewers only.Their submissions go to the same sheet. But I want each to see only his/her own clients. Is this possible?

I am not sure of the limitations on an individual account for reports and whether it counts against your sheet total or is a separate limitation.

Basically you would create the report to only show rows where "John Smith" is in the agent name column. Any alerts/automations would be built in the sheet itself.

Another option would be to have the agents listed in a contact type columns and apply a "Current User" filter.

To add to Paul’s excellent advice.

In the Individual plan, you have 10 sheets and 5 reports available.

Also, the users have to be shared with the sheet for anything to show in the report. Then they can see all the data in the sheet.

If the Agents only need to see the data, you could publish the report instead.
