Is it possible to set time (HH:MM) for task dates and reminders?

This is not possible at the moment. The date columns in Smartsheet are Date only. The only fields that can hold date and time are the system fields Created and Modified.

This is a long overdue enhancement that would help many people in many scenarios.

In addition to the above post. You are able to send update requests at a given time on a given day or date period using schedule. Unfortunatly you cannot do it with reminders.
