Form Generation_formatting issues

I am trying to generate a report based on the responses, but when i map those answers in the PDF. I am getting populated as below. does any one has a solution for this?

Hello @Lakshman .

As a test, can you please wrap the text in the source sheet(s) for every column. This can be done by selecting the column header to select all the contents in the column and then select the Wrap Text icon as seen below.

After this, can you please re-run the report and attempt to export into a PDF again.
