I'm new to Smartsheet. Is there a way to add number of hours when you have more than one person doing same task.

Currently, if you need to to assign a task to more than one person, you need to create a second instance of the task in a different row.
Assigning multiple people to a task is a common feature request. I'm happy to add your vote to this feature request if you'd like.
