Designate top or bottom of sheet when a row is copied or moved to another sheet

Can I designate where the row goes when it is moved?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to select where the row should go (bottom is the only option), but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

This will be very helpful as I use a dummy sheet to collect the data and then send it to the appropriate sheet and all out work is from the latest on top.
