Create save and Draft option in smartsheet dynamic view

In dynamic view, it's possible to share option of save & draft data..

Could you explain what it is you're looking to do a bit more, perhaps with screen captures?

In Dynamic View you can allow users to create new rows, and then set up their permissions so they can edit those rows and add additional information at a later date.
