Registered colleagues see only blank sheets / reports

Hallo,

I created reports for some departments and invited colleagues to work with them.

They report to me that they only see blank sheets without data (I can see the data in the sheets).

Any idea?

No worries!

Shared users will need Viewer permissions or higher on the report and on any source sheets in order to see data in the report. To edit data in cells in the report, users will need to be shared to the report and the source sheets as an Editor or higher.

Hi Jörg,

For them to see anything in the reports they need to be shared to the underlying sheets or the reports would have to be published (then they would only be able to see the information and not edit)
