AUTOMATICALLY MOVE A ROW WITHIN THE SHEET WHEN A CONDITION IS MET?

HI,

I need to automatically move the rows that have reached a date within the same sheet into the next calendar year.

When Agreements expire they have to be reviewed for the following year, I'd like to do this automatically.

Is it possible to maintain the information within the same sheet?

Hi Ileana,

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to move the rows automatically in the same sheet, but it's an excellent idea!

Great idea! That would be a great addition to Smartsheet features.

As a possible workaround, you could maybe use the Smartsheet API or a 3rd party service like Zapier to make it work.

I'd recommend moving them to another sheet and maybe move them back again, so they move to the bottom of the main sheet.

Would that work?

I agree the ability to move rows within a sheet is a great idea and would greatly enhance funtionality.
