Required fields not really required on form?

Hi - I created a form with multiple required fields, but users are still able to submit the forms without the required forms being completed. They appear to be able to bypass completing the required fields and submit the form, as long as they check a required "acknowledgement" box we added at the bottom of the form. But shouldn't all fields set to "required" have to include a response before the user can submit a form? What am I missing?

Hello, I have the same issue. When I preview the form, it forces the required field/s to be filled but when the FORM is part of a Workflow and is sent for user input, it doesn't enforce field requirement. Additionally, I can not pre-populate the associated cell value of a field in the form, strange?

Similar issue here...I have a form built with many logic trees within it and most of those fields are tagged as "required." And yet, we are receiving submissions that do not have the Required Fields completed. Thanks, in advance, for your guidance.
