Conditional Logic not working in Form

I have the logic set up on a dropdown list question (single choice) for when the answer is 5, to then show the next question. However, when 5 is selected it is not producing the expected outcome. It's not producing any outcome. I've tested this same style of logic on a drop down list on 4 different questions and it's working for 1 but not the other three (sadly it's the other 3 I need it to work on, the 4th was just for a test.) I've submitted a support ticket but not hearing back and I'm on a tight timeline. Anyone else ran into similar issue and found a solution?

In @Shannon23's case it was a bug with special characters within the conditional logic rules.

Hi all, I am having this same issue. I have added a check box that I only want to appear using a logic rule and it's working for all others except one. What was the special characters that previously caused the issue?

Can someone please share the solution as to why form logic is not displaying defaulted fields based on the required field?

Also, once the above displays the URL, I like the user to be able to click on the URL to open another form (different sheet) . Is this possible or user must copy and paste from in a separate tab to open form?
