#UNPARSEABLE Error Division, Multiplication and Sum in one equation

Hello,

I have the below. I'm trying to divide Contr17 and then multiply it against

=((VALUE(Contr17)/ 12) * VALUE([Jan Cost]14))+VALUE([Mar Cost]16))

Here it is written with numbers:

= ((100/12) * (40%)) + (500)
