Is there a way to have the Risk Flag auto populate when the Health Check is Red

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could add a so-called helper column with a formula that would change text or RYGB to Red and then use that to check the risk flag.

Make sense?

Is there a way to have a report that pulls only the Red from the Health Check column? That would be a good work around.

How are you determining the colors in the [Health Check] column?

Not if it's only the color. We would need to add a helper column. How does the color get added/changed?

The colors are done through conditional formatting based on the due date, status and percent complete.

@Leann Gibson I agree with Andree and Paul, if you change your conditional formatting column to an RYGB symbol column instead, you can use formulas to trigger the stoplight colors similar to what you're doing with conditional formatting but then you could also trigger the risk checkbox as well.
