Can you create additional symbols? I need more than just 4 R-balls?
I want to have five colors not just the RYGG or RYGB. I want RYGGB but don't see that has an option.

Google Chrome, due to company policy I am not able to share the sheet. I am going to try this on my MAC.

Hi @Leann Gibson ,
You might be able to get around this by using emojis with different colored circles: https://emojipedia.org/symbols/
In Smartsheet you would create a drop-down list, then copy/paste the emoji's you want to use as drop down values.
Hopefully this helps!

Hi Leann,
You could maybe use Emojis or other special charters.
I’ve done that in some client solutions.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

If I do this, can I still use this formula to trip the At Risk flag: =IF([Health Check]3 = "Red", 1, IF([Health Check]3 = "Yellow", 1))
-
Yes, but you'll change the true part to an emoji or similar.

For some reason the site is not allowing me to copy them or they come over as blank squares.
-
Make sure that you select it and not only right-click and copy.

Will need to see what is happening, no matter what emoji site I use I get this.
-
Strange!
Which browser are you using?
Can you share the sheet with me and I'd be happy to test.

Just in case anyone needed... you can use the "normal" unicode symbol UTF code as well.
for example:
=UNICHAR(HEXTODEC("1f4ca"))
will give you the 📊 bar-chart symbol

This is what I use instead of RYGB. Individual tasks get balls.. projects get blocks.. there's also some miscellaneous other symbols for other purposes.
The "Image" column is a pasted emoji-ish character from one of the sites like getemoji.com, while the "Code" column contains the actual unicode as a formula =UNICHAR(HEXTODEC("1F534")) Then I reference the columns with an index-match based on whatever I need.
