No. I looked in the When and I did find the Date On field but not the Pad Insp Field.

Oh Yes! Several times to confirm date to date comparison

See for the Contact Column in the Sheet and Report Builder Who option missing and yes I did check the column type option.

maybe @Andrée Starå or @Paul Newcome can come up with something else, but beyond what we have suggested so far there are only 3 other things I can think of.

1. you have it linked to a historical/wrong version of the sheet. Sheets can be named the same thing, so I would check the filepath links 100% to the sheet you want. (sounds stupid, but i've wasted a lot of time troubleshooting these when I've done this)
2. smartsheet is working slow/sheet is to complex. If the sheets is several thousand rows and contains formulas, it can take a bit for smartsheet to catch up sometimes, and even if not, it can sometimes get stuck. Delete cookies, log out of smartsheet, then log back in to see if anything changes.
3. smartsheet side bug. Either get ahold of your account representative or submit a troubleshooting ticket to get smartsheet side expert help with solving the issue.

Great answers. Know I am always more open to finding solutions and even finding easier ways to resolve my mistakes.

1. There is only one active version of the Sheet but I am willing to go through the Report Builder development process again.
2. I can write complex code but I try and simplify when I start having difficult to solve problems.
3. I have an appointment on Thursday but I have to clearly get on the otherside of a "2 minute" report development taking several hours to resolve

You need to adjust the workflow. You got that error because the workflow involves people listed on the sheet but not shared it.

Click ->

manage workflows

(In the top right of the popup there is a gear, click it)

Then select your sharing options. This is put in place as a stopgap to prevent sharing to people who shouldn't have access to the information.

For the "When" issue, can you post a screenshot of the date column properties first then a screenshot of what is available in the "When" section of the Report Builder?

PadInsp Still not in Report Builder and Date on Pad is still not picking up all dates.
