How do I stop an approval workflow from going to everyone selected in the drop-down?

I want the request for approval go to the individual selected in the drop-down cell instead of everyone that is an option in the drop-down.

Would I need a separate condition in the workflow for each individual (manager to approve)?

Hi Evette,

Not sure I follow!

You’d select in the Automation that you want it to send to the contacts specified in a contact column, and if there is only one selected, it should only send to that one contact.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
