Are there Smartsheet Developers for Contract? If so, where?

Hi,

My company has been using Smartsheet for the better part of 3 years now. Some staffers have had training but nothing too extensive. My company recently merged both the Communications and Marketing departments and I have been tasked with creating a project management system to handle the sudden influx of projects due to COVID-19. I've given it a couple of attempts, but what we need requires a more in-depth knowledge than I have and, at present, don't have time to learn. I'm looking to find someone to build this system for our team. Has anyone else had success outsourcing this and if so, how did you find the person?
