Get Data from SQL Server and Update Smartsheet in C#

I am trying to connect to SQL server and pull some data and then update Smartsheet based on what i pulled from SQL Server. Can someone please share some sample code? Thanks

i have seen that but i still don't see where i can pull data from SQL and update Smartsheet. I hope someone can provide some sample code for that. Thanks
